How will HEE ensure proportionate representation of the workforce is dedicated to education?

HEE will continue to work with trusts to ensure that there is high quality and adequate numbers of supervisors available for each trainee, whether they are in a large urban trust or smaller remote trust. We acknowledge that there are proportionally less consultants in the smaller trusts and are undertaking the pilots in creating educational capacity as one way of addressing this disparity.
