How will trusts be supported when posts are decommissioned from their sites?

HEE works across all professional groups to encourage growth of the whole health and care workforce. There are a number of programmes in place to support the wider workforce including Enhancing Generalist Skills and the Extended Surgical Team. Further information can be found on the HEE website.

A Distribution Workforce Transformation toolkit is currently being developed to support donor and gaining regions. For Donor regions, the support would look at a number of options such as Star workshops and the CLEAR methodology. For Gaining regions, support would include service redesign and building educational infrastructure.
