What is the review process of the programme?

HEE is committed to ensuring the success of the programme and will continue to learn from each phase of the programme. A number of lessons have been learned from the initial three specialties, including the inclusion of specialist commissioning services and changing the approach to working with local offices on creation and decommissioning of posts.

Consideration of each phase will be undertaken and utilising the HEE Quality Framework. A full impact assessment will be commissioned in early 2023 to monitor the impact of the changes.
