Models of supervision are changing, will there be investment in training to support this?

The evaluation of the pilots will be critical in bringing forward the plans to expand supervision out to other professionals. As with the current model, trained supervisors are essential to meet the needs of medical trainees. Training will be reviewed and provided through local channels as appropriate.
