The Nursing Associates - Growing Your Own or Developing Existing Staff and Retaining Talent resource brings together information available to support recruitment of student and qualified nursing associates into a single source. 

The resource is a 'one-stop-shop' nursing associate recruitment flip book, created by Caroline Clay, a Health Education England General Practice Nurse Fellow.

Its creation came as a result of feedback from Midlands Training Hubs and General Practices. It was noted by her that although there was information available to support recruitment of student and qualified nursing associates, much of this information was held in multiple places and was often a challenge to find.

The main aim of this flip book was to bring all of this information together into a single source to make it easy for employers and other organisations to understand the role, be offered tips to ease their recruitment and onboarding processes and expand their nursing associate workforce as a result.
