Communication packs

You can use the The Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training on Learning Disability and Autism communication packs to help share the information with your networks, colleagues, staff and members of the local community.

The communication packs are updated frequently to reflect the programme’s progress. It aims to ensure everyone is well informed and shares the right messages about The Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training.

The main pack includes a suite of promotional resources such as a video from Paula McGowan OBE, posters, pledge card templates, badge designs, screensavers, and copy.

The champion employers packs contains information to raise awareness of employers commitment to the population in their area and ensure staff complete Oliver’s Training.

Conditions of use 

All providers can use NHS England in the comms pack, but they should make sure their websites and communications are: 

• distinguished from the official NHS England The Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training webpages and clearly link and signpost to the official site. For example, adding: 'Visit NHS England’s The Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training webpages for information and guidance about Oliver’s Training'.  
• clearly identify their own branding and organisation’s identity and role with regard to Oliver’s Training 
• uphold and protect the values and reputation of Oliver’s Training
